Job Description:Nuro, a leading technology company in the autonomous delivery industry, is seeking a Customer Success Specialist to join our team in Chicago, Illinois. As an Entry Level position, this role is perfect for individuals with at least 1 year of experience who are passionate and resourceful, with strong decision-making and innovation skills.

Responsibilities:- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing excellent support and assistance throughout their journey with Nuro- Build strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and challenges, and proactively identify opportunities for improvement- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer issues, solve problems, and ensure a seamless customer experience- Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and opportunities for product and service enhancements- Develop and implement customer success strategies to drive adoption, retention, and satisfaction- Train customers on how to effectively use Nuro products and services- Act as a customer advocate within the company, advocating for customer needs and influencing product development decisions

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field- 1+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related field- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment- Passion for technology and innovation- Resourceful and able to think outside the box to find solutions- Proven decision-making skills- Experience working with CRM software is a plus
