Job Description:
Telephone & Data Systems is seeking a part-time Customer Success Representative to work from home in San Antonio, Texas. This entry-level position is perfect for individuals who are energetic, adaptable, creative, and enjoy conducting research. As a Customer Success Representative, you will be responsible for ensuring our customers have a positive experience with our products and services.
Responsibilities:- Communicate with customers through various channels such as phone, email, and chat to understand their needs and provide solutions- Conduct product demonstrations and trainings for customers to ensure they are maximizing the value of our products- Proactively reach out to customers to gather feedback and address any issues or concerns- Collaborate with other teams within the company to provide a seamless customer experience- Research industry trends and customer insights to identify opportunities for improvement- Meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals to drive retention and loyalty
Requirements:- High school diploma or equivalent- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively- Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM systems- Must be able to work independently and collaborate with a remote team- Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed- Previous experience in customer service is a plus, but not required
