Markel is seeking a highly motivated and self-driven individual to join our team as a Customer Success Representative, working from home in Fort Worth, Texas. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, making this an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start their career in the customer success field.

Responsibilities:1. Build strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely and professional manner.2. Provide support and guidance to customers on how to best utilize our products and services to achieve their goals.3. Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and feedback, driving improvements to our products and services.4. Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products to existing customers.5. Keep detailed records of customer interactions and feedback, utilizing this information to improve customer satisfaction and retention rates.6. Meet or exceed performance metrics related to customer satisfaction, retention, and revenue generation.7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer success, continually seeking opportunities for personal and professional growth.

Requirements:1. Resourceful and independent nature, able to work effectively in a remote environment.2. Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced setting.3. Critical thinking skills to analyze complex situations and develop creative solutions.4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with customers and internal teams.5. Ability to work flexible hours as needed to accommodate customer needs.6. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and other common business software applications.
