Job Description:
Dover is seeking a motivated and hardworking Customer Success Representative to join our team in Charlotte, North Carolina. This is a part-time, entry-level position that offers the flexibility of working from home. As a Customer Success Representative, you will be responsible for ensuring the success and satisfaction of our customers through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities:1. Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat to resolve any issues or concerns they may have.2. Provide product demonstrations and training to customers to ensure they are utilizing our products to their fullest potential.3. Develop relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and provide personalized support.4. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.5. Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.6. Assist with customer onboarding and retention efforts to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.7. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
Requirements:1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.2. Ability to make sound decisions and prioritize tasks effectively.3. Good project management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.4. High level of motivation and a desire to succeed.5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.6. No prior experience required - training will be provided.
