Job Description:

Norfolk Southern, a premier transportation company, is seeking a part-time Customer Success Representative to join our team in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience and possess a passion for customer service and motivation to excel in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner- Build strong relationships with customers to enhance loyalty and satisfaction- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide solutions- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer experience and retention- Communicate proactively with customers to keep them informed of any changes or updates- Utilize creativity and teamwork to identify opportunities for improvement in processes and procedures- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer success

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree preferred- Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team- Demonstrated creativity and problem-solving abilities- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service- Motivated and goal-oriented mindset- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite- Availability to work flexible hours as needed
