Job Description:

Ingram Micro is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a part-time Customer Success Representative in Houston, Texas. As an Associate level role, the ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of relevant experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities:- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely manner- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty- Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate and resolve customer issues effectively- Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products or services to customers- Collect and analyze customer feedback to continuously improve the customer experience- Meet or exceed performance metrics related to customer satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth

Requirements:- Passionate and driven individual with a strong dedication to providing excellent customer service- Demonstrated ability in people management and leadership, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment- Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant tools to manage customer interactions- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
