Becton Dickinson is currently seeking a part-time Customer Success Representative to join our team in Columbus, Ohio. As an Associate-level position, the ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role.
Responsibilities:- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services- Provide product demonstrations and training to customers, both in-person and through virtual channels- Act as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, resolving issues and escalating when necessary- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience- Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement- Assist with customer onboarding and retention efforts
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment- Resilient and adaptable to changing priorities- Strong presentation skills and ability to make informed decisions- Experience with CRM software a plus
