Customer Success Officer - Remote Work

Job Description:

Square is seeking a part-time Customer Success Officer to join our team. As a remote worker based in New York City, New York, you will be responsible for ensuring the success and satisfaction of our customers. This position is at the Associate Level, requiring at least 4 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities:- Manage a portfolio of clients, providing exceptional customer service and support- Build strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and challenges- Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams to ensure timely resolution of issues- Develop and implement strategies to increase customer retention and satisfaction- Conduct regular check-ins and follow-ups with customers to gather feedback and address concerns- Provide product demonstrations and training sessions to ensure customers are utilizing our products to their full potential- Analyze customer data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to drive customer engagement and growth

Requirements:- 4+ years of experience in customer success or a related field- Independent and driven personality traits- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities- Proven track record of managing client relationships and driving customer success- Ability to work remotely and independently with minimal supervision- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred
