Job Description:
Ingredion is seeking a remote Customer Success Officer to join our team in New York City, New York. As a Customer Success Officer, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients to ensure their success and satisfaction with our products and services. This is an entry-level position ideal for a candidate with at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.
Responsibilities:- Manage a portfolio of clients, serving as their main point of contact for any questions or concerns- Provide product demonstrations and training to clients to ensure they are utilizing our products effectively- Monitor client accounts to identify and address any issues or opportunities for upselling- Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to ensure a seamless customer experience- Gather feedback from clients to improve our products and services- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in our database- Meet or exceed key performance indicators related to client satisfaction and retention
Requirements:- 1+ years of experience in customer service or a related field- Adaptable and reliable personality traits- Strong communication skills and attention to detail- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred
