Job Description:
Kellogg is seeking a dedicated and reliable Customer Success Officer to join our team in San Antonio, Texas. As a part-time entry-level position, the Customer Success Officer will be responsible for ensuring that our customers have a positive experience with our products and services.
Responsibilities:1. Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, issues, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.2. Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to onboard new customers and provide ongoing support.3.
