Job Description:

We are seeking a part-time Customer Success Officer to join our team at Newell Brands in Jacksonville, Florida. As a Customer Success Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the success of our customers by managing their needs and providing exceptional service. This role is at the associate level and requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role.

Responsibilities:- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction- Provide product knowledge and guidance to customers to help them achieve their goals- Proactively reach out to customers to address any issues or concerns they may have- Collaborate with internal teams to drive customer success and implement solutions- Track and analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in our database- Provide timely and effective responses to customer inquiries and requests

Requirements:- 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role- Reliable and confident with excellent communication skills- Ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple customer accounts- Strong critical thinking skills to analyze customer needs and provide solutions- A proactive and positive attitude towards customer interactions- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve customer success- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
