Job Description:

Stryker, a leading medical technology company, is seeking a part-time Customer Success Officer to join our team in Dallas, Texas. As a Customer Success Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the success and satisfaction of our customers by providing excellent service and support.

Responsibilities:- Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and requirements- Act as the main point of contact for customers, addressing any inquiries or issues in a timely and efficient manner- Provide product demonstrations and training to customers to ensure they are able to effectively use our products- Monitor customer accounts and track their progress, ensuring they are fully utilizing our products and services- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and provide solutions to any challenges they may encounter- Continuously gather feedback from customers and provide insights to improve our products and services- Manage customer renewals and upsell opportunities to drive revenue growth

Requirements:- 4 years of experience in customer service or account management- Confident and reliable individual with strong interpersonal skills- Excellent time management and organizational skills- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred
