Job Description:

We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our team at Weyerhaeuser. This is a part-time, work from home position based in Washington, D.C., US, with a mid-to-senior level of seniority required and at least 7 years of experience in a similar role. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with our customers to ensure their satisfaction and success with our products and services.

Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and goals- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing any issues or concerns they may have- Provide product demonstrations and training to customers, ensuring they are able to effectively utilize our products- Analyze customer data and feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and growth- Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales and product development, to provide a seamless customer experience- Develop and implement customer success strategies to drive retention and expansion- Monitor key performance indicators and metrics to track customer satisfaction and success

Requirements:- 7+ years of experience in customer success or account management- Driven and resourceful personality traits- Strong decision-making and teamwork skills- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities- Proven track record of building and maintaining customer relationships- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field- Experience working in a remote or work from home environment- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
