Customer Success Manager - Work From Home

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team at Fluor. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with our clients to ensure their satisfaction and continued success. This is a part-time position that allows you to work from home in New York City, New York.

Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers- Understand customers' needs and identify opportunities to improve their experience- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to drive customer success- Provide product demonstrations and training to customers- Track customer feedback and work with internal teams to implement solutions- Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for growth- Ensure customer retention and renewal rates are met- Act as the primary point of contact for customers and address any issues or concerns promptly

Requirements:- 6 years of experience in customer success or a related field- Confident and reliable personality traits- Strong presentation and adaptability skills- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently- Experience working in a remote or virtual environment- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred)
