Job Description:

Humana is seeking a highly qualified individual to fill the role of Customer Success Manager. This position offers the opportunity to work from home, providing a flexible work-life balance for the successful candidate. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with our valued customers to ensure their satisfaction and success with our products and services.

Responsibilities:1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular communication and proactive engagement2. Understand each customer's unique needs and goals to provide tailored solutions and support3. Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, issues, and escalations, working collaboratively with internal teams to address customer needs4. Monitor customer satisfaction and success metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance customer experience5. Conduct regular check-ins and reviews with customers to gather feedback, provide updates, and ensure ongoing success6. Collaborate with sales and product teams to drive customer retention and growth7. Provide timely and effective resolution to any customer concerns or complaints8. Maintain accurate customer records and documentation in the CRM system

Requirements:1. 8 years of experience in a customer success or account management role2. Independent and reliable work ethic with the ability to work effectively from a home office3. Strong decision-making skills with the ability to navigate complex customer situations4. High emotional intelligence and the ability to empathize with customers to understand their needs5. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills6. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously7. Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools8. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
