Job Description:

We are currently seeking a part-time Customer Success Manager to join our team at Land O'Lakes in Seattle, Washington. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, ensuring their success with our products and services. This role will be remote, allowing you the flexibility to work from anywhere in the Seattle area.

Responsibilities:- Serve as the main point of contact for customers, providing them with exceptional service and support- Understand customers' needs and goals to tailor solutions that meet and exceed their expectations- Onboard new customers, providing training and guidance on how to effectively use our products and services- Monitor customer usage and engagement to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling- Resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner, escalating when necessary- Conduct regular check-ins with customers to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback- Collaborate with internal teams to advocate for customer needs and drive product improvements- Develop and maintain customer success materials, such as training guides and best practices

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field- 5 years of experience in customer success or account management roles- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers- Excellent communication and presentation skills- Adaptability to handle changing priorities and customer needs- Driven to exceed customer expectations and deliver delight- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail- Proficiency with customer relationship management (CRM) software
