Job Description:Genesis Healthcare is seeking a passionate and resilient Customer Success Manager to join our team on a part-time, remote basis. This position requires a highly motivated individual with at least 8 years of experience in a customer success role, preferably within the healthcare industry. The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving customer retention and growth.

Responsibilities:- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any questions or concerns they may have- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure customer success- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of products and services- Monitor customer health and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling- Create and deliver customer success plans that outline key objectives and milestones- Proactively identify and address potential risks to customer satisfaction- Gather feedback from customers and communicate it to the product development team- Provide regular updates to clients on their account status and key metrics

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field- 8+ years of experience in a customer success role, preferably within the healthcare industry- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships- Excellent communication and presentation skills- Creative problem-solving abilities- Demonstrated leadership skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Comfortable working in a remote environment
