Job Description:

Merck is seeking a part-time Customer Success Manager based in New York City, New York, US. This position is at the Associate Level and requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role. The successful candidate will be a key member of our customer success team, responsible for ensuring the satisfaction and retention of our clients.

Responsibilities:- Develop strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and goals- Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any questions or concerns they may have- Provide product demonstrations and trainings to ensure clients are maximizing the use of our services- Analyze client data and feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and growth- Collaborate with internal teams to develop strategies to meet client objectives- Track client metrics and KPIs to monitor and report on client success- Provide ongoing support to clients, including troubleshooting issues and providing solutions- Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices to better serve our clients- Manage a portfolio of clients and ensure their satisfaction and retention

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in a related field- 5+ years of experience in customer success or account management- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Hardworking and resilient personality traits- Excellent research and persuasion skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
