Job Description:

Quintiles Transnational Holdings is seeking a part-time Customer Success Manager to join our team in Jacksonville, Florida. This position is at a mid-to-senior level and requires a minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar role. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients to ensure their continued satisfaction and success.

Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients to promote customer retention and loyalty- Understand the needs and goals of each client and work with internal teams to ensure those are met- Proactively identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products or services- Solve any customer issues or concerns in a timely and efficient manner- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to address customer feedback and improve overall customer experience- Develop and implement strategies to measure customer satisfaction and track key performance indicators

Requirements:- 7+ years of experience in a customer success or account management role- Resilient and motivated personality traits- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Creativity and cooperation as soft skills- Excellent problem-solving abilities- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
