Job Description:

Quanta Services is seeking a part-time Customer Success Manager to join our team in Indianapolis, Indiana. As an Associate level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. We are looking for a driven and energetic individual with excellent persuasion and project management skills to ensure our customers' success and satisfaction.

Responsibilities:- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and ensure their success with our products and services- Serve as the main point of contact for customers, addressing any concerns or issues in a timely and effective manner- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the delivery of solutions that meet customer requirements- Develop and implement strategies to increase customer retention and upsell opportunities- Conduct regular check-ins and review meetings with customers to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement- Provide product demonstrations and training sessions for customers as needed- Track and analyze customer usage data to identify trends and proactively address potential issues- Work closely with the sales team to onboard new customers and ensure a smooth transition

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field- Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the technology industry- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite- Experience with customer success tools and analytics platforms is a plus
