Opportunity Overview:
Are you passionate about making a meaningful impact in the success of our clients? As a Client Success Manager (CSM) specializing in Sales & Service, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our clients derive maximum value from Korn Ferry solutions. By fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders, you will not only drive adoption but also identify opportunities to further support our clients' evolving needs. Your dedication will be instrumental in enhancing client satisfaction and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for clients utilizing Korn Ferry's Sales & Service solutions, fostering customer satisfaction and simplifying the user experience across all business lines.
Develop and nurture relationships with technical and executive leadership within client organizations, advocating for the value of Korn Ferry solutions and facilitating renewal and expansion opportunities.
Collaborate with internal teams to address client concerns and resolve high-priority issues promptly, ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.
Leverage your expertise in seller effectiveness and CRM platforms to drive business impact and contribute to product enhancements and go-to-market strategies.
Effectively communicate with clients at all levels of the organization, delivering compelling presentations and client-facing deliverables to support their business objectives.
Professional Experience/Qualifications:
Extensive experience in seller effectiveness, preferably in Strategic Selling, with a proven track record of driving business growth and enhancing client satisfaction.
Demonstrated success in managing client accounts, driving renewal rates, and expanding client portfolios.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in Customer Success, Solutions Architecture, or Account Management roles.
Proficiency in CRM platforms, particularly Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics, including report development and resolving technical issues.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Experience in developing data-driven client-facing deliverables and leading cross-functional teams to address customer needs.
Education:
Bachelor's degree required.
