Responsibilities
• Guide customers in developing their integration product• Design and build technical solutions• Develop meaningful relationships with customers• Help customers achieve their goals• Manage book of business to achieve key business metrics
Requirements
• Experience in product development, launch, and growth• Background in business planning process development• Involvement in sales enablement strategies• Strong technical solution designing and implementation background• Understanding of the software development lifecycle• Track record of meeting renewal rates, consumption goals, and company objectives• 7+ years of experience in product management, consulting, or customer success• BS/BA or equivalent education; MBA preferred• Experience in creating pricing strategies and developing marketing plans• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills• Experience in escalation management• Ability to develop adoption plans• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and persuasion skills• Ability to take control of ambiguous situations and provide direction
