Customer Success Lead Location Fort Collins, CO (Old Town West area) : Overview: Otter Products is recruiting a Customer Success Lead to join our OtterBusiness team! This role can be based at our Fort Collins, CO headquarters working a hybrid schedule or fully remote in the U.S. As the Customer Success Lead, you will fill a critical role in the growth of OtterBusiness, the Commercial Business Unit for Otter Products. In this role, you will be responsible for partnering closely with the OtterBusiness sales, product, technical, and post-sales teams to support the deployment of our most strategic solutions within our largest enterprise and public sector customers. You will be responsible for attaining quarterly and annual objectives by developing, executing, and evolving our pre- and post-sales customer engagement processes. This role will also be responsible for weekly activities such as solution forecasting, demand planning, and supply allocation management. To be successful, this role will partner closely with organizations within Otter Products such as sales, marketing, product, and operations. This role requires strong decision-making abilities, business acumen, analytical skills, organizational influence, and the ability to create strategic relationships with an OEM partner. For more information visit otterproducts.com Responsibilities: Customer Engagement Partner closely internally and with our route-to-market partners to develop, execute and evolve the solution customization process for enterprise and public sector customers. Establish, manage, and evolve strong relationships within our largest enterprise and public sector customers to ensure successful deployments and provide ongoing support. Work closely with the OtterBusiness sales, marketing, and product teams to gather customer voice to evolve our solution portfolio by segment and vertical. Business Planning Utilize CRM to manage solution pipeline, demand planning, and MoM/YoY solution performance. When necessary, monitor solution performance and portfolio targets and set actionable goals to close solution gaps by implementing closure strategies. Contribute to seasonal vertical planning and NPI / N minus forecast planning and customer engagement efforts. OEM Engagement Partner with Otter OEM & route-to-market teams to develop and execute vertical sales plays within our largest customers. Analyze solution deployment results and trends to identify opportunities for new plays and current play evolution. Field Sales Enablement Sales Training/Awareness Partner closely internally to support field seller enablement programs to include training, sales tool distribution, customer facing asset distribution, and sales rep activation. Attend and participate in industry and partner relevant events. Additional Responsibilities Support and maintain a positive safety culture by following all safety policies and procedures and actively contributing to a safe working environment Other duties as assigned Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required. Experience in lieu of degree may be accepted. A minimum of six years of customer success, solution sales, business development, and/or strategic partnership experience with a track record of exceeding performance expectations is required. For US Based Roles Only - Compensation Range Minimum: USD $116,500.00/Yr. For US Based Roles Only - Compensation Range Maximum: USD $146,000.00/Yr.
