Play a vital role in supporting our sales team by providing fast, efficient, and accurate support. This position involves assisting with various aspects of sales support and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth resolution of sales team issues.
Core Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for a group of a minimum of 300 sales representatives, providing daily support and problem-solving across areas such as technology, housing, payroll, and agreement support.
- Respond promptly to incoming messages via multiple channels, including ticketing systems, messaging apps, phone calls, and more.
- Assist the Sales Success Managers in maintaining and updating comprehensive documentation of all sales operations processes.
- Contribute to executing cross-team initiatives that enhance the overall sales experience.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to sales representatives, ensuring their needs are met with a positive and solution-oriented approach.
