Customer Success Associate - Work From Home

Job Description:

WellCare Health Plans is looking for a talented Customer Success Associate to join our team on a part-time remote basis in Phoenix, Arizona, US. As a Customer Success Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, retention, and growth for our clients. You will work closely with customers to understand their needs and help them achieve their goals using our products and services.

Responsibilities:- Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned customer accounts- Proactively reach out to customers to ensure they are successfully using our products and services- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services to customers- Provide training and support to customers as needed- Monitor customer satisfaction and address any issues or concerns in a timely manner- Collaborate with the sales and product teams to improve customer experience and drive customer success- Track and report on key performance metrics related to customer success

Requirements:- 4 years of experience in a customer success or account management role- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Independent and dedicated work ethic- Strong negotiation and innovation skills- Ability to work well in a remote environment- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred
