Customer Success Associate - Work From Home

Job Description:WellCare Health Plans is seeking a motivated and adaptable Customer Success Associate to join our team on a part-time basis, working from home in Denver, Colorado. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their success and satisfaction with our products and services- Conduct research to understand customers' needs and provide personalized solutions- Manage multiple customer accounts and prioritize tasks effectively- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns and provide timely resolutions- Monitor customer satisfaction levels and identify opportunities for improvement- Provide ongoing support and training to customers as needed- Utilize time management skills to effectively juggle multiple projects and deadlines

Requirements:- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role- Adaptable and able to work independently in a remote setting- Motivated to provide excellent customer service and meet performance metrics- Strong research skills to understand customer needs and preferences- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively- Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) software- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
