Customer Success Associate - Remote Work

As a Customer Success Associate at CarMax, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers while working remotely from Dallas, Texas. This full-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities:- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and retention- Proactively identify customer needs and provide solutions to meet those needs- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, feedback, and escalations- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues in a timely manner- Track and analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement- Educate customers on the use of our products and services to maximize their value

Requirements:- Resourceful and independent with the ability to work effectively in a remote setting- Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Experience using customer relationship management (CRM) software- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
