Job Description:
Yum Brands is seeking a dedicated and passionate Customer Success Associate to join our team in San Jose, California. As a Customer Success Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring our customers have a positive experience with our products and services. This is a part-time, entry-level position ideal for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in customer service.
Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure their needs are being met- Provide support and assistance to customers through various communication channels (phone, email, chat)- Work with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and escalate when necessary- Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and improve customer experience- Develop creative solutions to solve customer problems and enhance customer satisfaction- Collaborate with colleagues worldwide to foster a global village mentality
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience- 1+ years of experience in customer service or a related field- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
