Job Description:

Norfolk Southern is currently seeking a part-time Customer Success Assistant to work from home in New York City, New York. This is an entry-level position ideal for individuals who are hardworking, dedicated, creative, and cooperative.

Responsibilities:1. Provide exceptional customer service through various channels such as email, phone calls, and chat support.2. Assist customers with product inquiries, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.3. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their success and satisfaction.4. Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and feedback.5. Keep accurate records of interactions with customers and provide detailed reports as needed.6. Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.7. Meet and exceed customer success metrics and goals set by the company.

Requirements:1. High school diploma or equivalent.2. Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively interact with customers.3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and ability to quickly learn new software systems.4. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.5. Must have a quiet home office setup with high-speed internet access.6. Prior customer service experience is a plus but not required.
