Job Description:
Genuine Parts is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Success Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. This is a work-from-home position based in Indianapolis, Indiana, US, and is ideal for candidates looking to gain experience in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
Responsibilities:1. Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and online chat.2. Address customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.3. Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and order processing.4. Collaborate with various departments to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.5. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts.6. Utilize customer feedback to improve processes and enhance overall customer experience.7. Assist with administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.2. 1 year of experience in a customer service or sales support role.3. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.4. Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.5. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks efficiently.6. Confident and resourceful personality traits.7. Strong negotiation and innovation skills.
