Job Description:
Goodyear Tire & Rubber is seeking a highly motivated and driven Customer Success Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. This position offers the flexibility to work from home while providing support to our customers in Dallas, Texas. As an Associate level role, we are looking for candidates with at least 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role.
Responsibilities:- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, handling inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty- Collaborate with other departments within the company to address customer needs and improve overall experience- Assist in creating and implementing customer success strategies to drive retention and growth- Provide training and support to customers on using our products and services effectively- Utilize problem-solving skills to address customer concerns and find solutions that meet their needs- Communicate effectively with customers through phone calls, emails, and virtual meetings
Requirements:- Hardworking individual who is self-motivated and can work independently- Strong problem-solving and communication skills- At least 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role- Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software is preferred- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
