NVIDIA is seeking a part-time Customer Success Assistant to join our team in Los Angeles, California. As an Entry Level position with 0 years of experience required, this role is perfect for someone looking to jumpstart their career in customer success. Responsibilities:- Assist the Customer Success team in developing and maintaining relationships with clients- Conduct research to identify customer needs and preferences- Help create and implement strategies to ensure customer satisfaction and retention- Assist in resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely and efficient manner- Collaborate with internal teams to drive customer success initiatives- Provide administrative support to the Customer Success team as needed
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite- Experience in customer service or sales is a plus- Must be able to work part-time hours in Los Angeles, California
