Job description:
Archer Daniels Midland (ADM) is seeking a Customer Success Assistant to join our team in Indianapolis, Indiana. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, be energetic, and demonstrate resilience in their work. Additionally, candidates should have strong problem-solving abilities and emotional intelligence.
Responsibilities:- Assist in managing customer accounts and ensuring their satisfaction with ADM products and services- Communicate with customers via phone, email, and in-person to address any inquiries or issues they may have- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience- Provide feedback and insights to help improve customer satisfaction and retention rates- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Requirements:- 2+ years of experience in customer service- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written- Proven ability to problem-solve and think critically- High emotional intelligence and ability to empathize with customers- Energetic and resilient attitude- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
