Customer Solutions Representative

Summary: Our client in Greenville is seeking a professional, detail-oriented Customer Service Representativeto join their team. This person will be the primary point of contact for all client requests and projects.
This is a Direct Hire role paying $21-23/hour with benefits. Fully on-site with standard Monday through Friday, 8-5pm hours.
Responsibilities: Provide accurate and timely information regarding project details from start to finishCollaborate with internal teams to provide effective and efficient customer solutionsIdentify opportunities to build relationships and grow businessHandle inbound and outbound calls and emails to assist customers with product inquiries, projects, and issue resolutionPerform data entry tasks accurately and efficientlyUtilize effective phone and email etiquette to build rapport with customers and create a positive customer experienceMaintain detailed records of project details and communicationRequirements: Previous customer service or account development experienceExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutionsProficient in data entry and navigating computer systemsAbility to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environmentInterpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clientsCompensation & Benefits: $21-23/hourHealth, dental, and vision insuranceLife insurancePaid time offSchedule: Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm on-site
