Greet customers and make them feel at home Answer any questions the customers may have Assist Customers in preparing their orders Clean work area as needed to maintain a tidy work environment Respond to all complaints in a friendly and professional manner Qualifications
Friendly attitude even when dealing with disgruntled employees Responsible and proven ability to maintain scheduling commitments Ability to problem solve quickly concerns customers may have Good communication skills with customers There are two options to choose from when accepting a job with us—you can choose to earn $11/hour without the ability to earn tips or you can start with a beginning pay rate of $8/hour and earn CASH tips.
Average hourly rate is over $12/hour after tips.
The average payout per employee is about $4/hour in CASH tips.
On a weekend night the average is about $6.50/hour in CASH tips!
