Job Description:

As a Customer Service Specialist at US Foods Holding, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients while working remotely from San Antonio, Texas. This part-time entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in a customer service role.

Responsibilities:1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.2. Assist customers with orders, product information, account inquiries, and issue resolution.3. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to promote loyalty and satisfaction.4. Process orders accurately and efficiently in our systems.5. Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve overall service.6. Stay up-to-date on product offerings, promotions, and company policies.7. Provide feedback to management on customer trends and service improvements.8. Meet or exceed performance metrics related to response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:1. Independently motivated and passionate about delivering top-notch customer service.2. Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a remote team environment.3. Creativity in problem-solving and a cooperative attitude when working with others.4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and customer service software.5. High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred.
