Job Description:

Razorpay is looking for a dedicated and experienced Customer Service Specialist to join our team in a remote work setting based in Jacksonville, Florida. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Customer Service Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and customers.

Responsibilities:1. Respond to customer inquiries and issues via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner.2. Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction.3. Assist customers with product information, order processing, and troubleshooting any technical problems.4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.5. Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes and procedures.6. Provide feedback to management on customer trends, issues, and concerns.7. Meet or exceed customer service metrics and targets.8. Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.

Requirements:1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role.2. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.3. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.6. Hardworking and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.7. Visa sponsorship and relocation allowance available for eligible candidates.8. Must be eligible to work in the US.9.
