Customer Service Specialist / Office Assistant

Pay Rate/Range: $15-17/hr 
Description: Seeking a Customer Service Specialist for a local administrative office. The Customer Service Specialist supports customers/divisions/stores/business units regarding various lines of customer credit. The Customer Service Specialist will set up and close out accounts, as well as maintain customer data, private label credit cards, and customer accounts. The Customer Service Specialist will also research issues and respond to customer or stores. Seeking those with strong customer service, office, and administrative skills. 
Job Requirements: Must be self motivated, be able to work with minimal supervision, and have the ability to meet deadlines. Must have MS Excel experience, strong analytical skills, and have good written/verbal communication skills. Must have strong job longevity, as well as previous customer service and administrative experience.
Job Type: Contract, approximately 4+ months
Shift/Schedule: Monday-Friday, 1st shift, flexible. Can work longer hours Mon-Thurs and work a half day on Friday. Position can be in office Monday through Friday or Hybrid - remote on Monday and Friday and in office on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
