Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Service Specialist to join our team at Jarden in San Francisco, California. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service. As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
Responsibilities:- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist customers effectively- Process customer orders and returns accurately and efficiently- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction- Provide feedback to management on customer trends and issues- Consistently meet or exceed customer service metrics and goals
Requirements:- 4+ years of experience in customer service- Driven and hardworking personality traits- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills- Ability to effectively manage customer relationships- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office suite- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
