Job Description:
USAA is seeking a part-time Customer Service Specialist to join our team in Los Angeles, California. As an Entry Level position, we are looking for candidates with at least 1 year of experience in customer service. The ideal candidate will be independent, reliable, persuasive, and possess strong strategic planning skills.
Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and assisting with account maintenance- Proactively identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience- Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers- Meet or exceed performance metrics related to customer satisfaction, response time, and resolution rate
Requirements:- 1 year of experience in customer service- Independent and reliable with strong communication skills- Ability to effectively persuade and influence customers- Strategic planning skills to anticipate customer needs and provide solutions- High school diploma or equivalent
