General Electric is seeking a passionate and driven Customer Service Specialist to join our team in Los Angeles, California. As an entry-level position, we are looking for individuals with at least 1 year of experience who possess excellent time management and critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities:1. Provide exceptional customer service through various channels such as phone, email, and chat.2. Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.3. Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and order processing.4. Maintain customer records and update information accurately in the system.5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.6. Identify opportunities for improvement in processes and procedures to enhance customer experience.7. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.

Requirements:1. High school diploma or equivalent. College degree preferred.2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.3. Ability to work independently and in a team environment.4. Strong time management and organizational skills.5. Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.7. Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
