Responsibilities
• Field incoming calls, emails, and chat messages from clients regarding questions, issues, complaints, etc. related to our products/services• Troubleshoot technical problems and provide solutions in a timely, professional manner• Log and track support tickets through resolution using our CRM system• Assist clients with placing orders, payments, account changes, and other requests• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal team when needed• Suggest product/service improvements based on client feedback• Contribute to our knowledge base with help articles, FAQs, and training materials
Requirements
• 1-2+ years experience in customer service or technical support role• Excellent verbal and written communication skills• Strong technical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot software issues• Proficiency with CRM platforms and help desk software• Patient, friendly demeanor and ability to diffuse tense situations• Availability to work some evenings and weekends as needed
