Job Title: Customer Service Specialist
Reports to: Sales Manager
Location: Arlington, Texas, 76011
This is a permanent, full-time position.

Position Summary
The position of Customer Service Specialist reports to the Sales Manager. This position interfaces with all areas of the company, but primarily with out Account Managers.
Responsibilities
- Assist Account Managers with quote requests and customer support, which includes pricing and other administrative requests.
- Develop quotes as directed by Account Managers. and serve as the customer main point of contact in the absence of the assigned Account Manager.
- Provide customers with solutions specific to their needs. - Work closely with the Inside Sales Team and communicate to ensure order entry is accurate and as quoted.
- Create Marketing material by building customer specific packets and coordinate the shipping of the packets as directed in a timely manner. - Enter customer quotes into the database and check for accuracy during that process.
- Create and maintain clean and accurate customer data records in the contact management database as needed.

- Since we are a small company, Customer Service Specialists, like all of our employees, will be asked to help with other work around the company on occasion, as the need arises. The "that's not my job" mentality has no place in our company.
- Effective communication with other team members throughout the company is essential.
Skills amp; Qualifications amp; Experience
-Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy and detail. Our experience has shown that the most successful people in this job are naturally adept at details.
- Being able to manage your own time, prioritize tasks, and take initiative to solve problems in a professional, timely manner.
- Good Common Sense and ability to think on your feet.
- General Office experience
- Experience in Smaller Company with less than100 employees
- Microsoft Office capability
