Skills and Responsibilities of the Studio Customer Service & Sales Representative:
• SPA EXPERIENCE A MUST,
• Drive Retail Sales,
• Provides excellent customer service experience to Studio guests and phone
clients, ensuring their complete comfort and satisfaction;
• Greets all Studio clients and completes client transactions;
• Schedules and confirms Studio appointments;
• Provides thorough and knowledgeable explanations of the studio services
and Skincare product range;
• Sales Driven and Goal Oriented;
• Self Starter and Motivated;
• Provides great telephone service;
• Builds Studio client relationships;
• Helps maintain the daily workflow of the Studio;
• Assists with Studio inventory and retail orders to help maintain stock levels
• Helps to maintain visual merchandising displays;
• Passionate about skincare;
• Maintains a polished and professional image.
Job Type: Part-time
Expected hours: 32 per week
