Customer Service & Sales Associate Responsibilities:
Assist local business owners in saving money on credit card processing.
Utilize warm leads and referrals to prospect potential clients.
Conduct appointments set by our marketing team and present our products and services.
Employ our proven sales methods to negotiate and close deals.
Collaborate with National Sales Managers for support and additional training.
Follow up with leads and guide them through the sales process.
Participate in ongoing trainings to enhance your sales skills.
Attend daily conference calls to stay updated on bonuses and incentives.
Qualifications:
Sales-oriented individuals with a positive and outgoing demeanor.
Customer service experience is preferred.
All levels of sales experience are welcome.
Ability to generate leads through networking and self-marketing.
Strong time management, communication, and integrity skills.
