This enticing role allows you to work from our Brno office or remotely from any location within the Czech Republic following an initial training phase.
Responsibilities Serve as the first point of contact for airline customers managing incoming calls in both German and English. Support customers with reservations cancellations online checkin understanding terms and policies among other services. Document customer interactions accurately within the specified system. Deliver prompt and courteous solutions to customer inquiries ensuring high efficiency and quality to meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Qualifications Proficiency in both spoken and written German (B2 level) and English (B2 level). Openness to relocate to the Czech Republic or current residency. Competence in computer skills. A positive friendly and stressresilient individual with a serviceoriented mindset. Flexibility to work in shifts including nights in a dynamic environment. For remote work: A reliable highspeed wired internet connection (minimum 16 Mbps download/10 Mbps upload) and a smartphone.
