We are seeking a dynamic and adaptable Customer Service Representative to join our team at Dollar Tree in Dallas, Texas. This is a remote work position, offering full-time hours at the Associate Level. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in customer service and be able to work independently.

Responsibilities:1. Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.2. Assist customers with product information, order status, and issue resolution.3. Process returns, refunds, and exchanges following company policies.4. Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.5. Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and procedures.6. Utilize strategic planning and research skills to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Requirements:1. 3 years of customer service experience.2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.3. Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote work environment.4. Adaptable and energetic personality.5. Strong strategic planning and research skills.6. High school diploma or equivalent required.
