SPIROL Stow Ohio has a full time opening for a Customer Service Representative. This position is responsible for handling all order fulfilment, order review, order entry, acknowledgement, order tracking, customer portal management, and proactive communication as it relates to order processing and acknowledgement.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Sales Order Entry - Receipt, contract review, discrepancy resolution, system entry, acknowledgment and follow through with internal and external customers until order has shipped. Blanket Sales Order Entry - Receipt, contract review, system entry and communication to Sales Team of pending expiration for further review. Ensure all quality requirements have been identified and noted per order. Daily portal monitoring/feedback per customer as required. Work Order Entry - Creation of manufacturing work orders to produce parts. Processing of credits and additional billings as required. RGA(Returned Goods Authorization) processing. Creation of new accounts, including billing and shipping address creation, shipping instructions, request for D&B number from customer for financial assessment. Credit collections for past due accounts on a daily basis Processing of electronic invoices and ASNs as required by customer. Maintain a timely response to all email inquiries. Communicate and make requests regarding customer delivery changes to either Scheduling or Production teams and provide a timely response to customer. Update customer with any delivery changes, and work with them to ensure we are meeting their needs. Daily backlog monitoring of assigned accounts to ensure orders are scheduled properly, status codes are set to print the packing slips, and orders are not on hold to release for shipment. RECOMMENDED QUALIFICATIONS: Associates degree in business or at least one year Customer Service experience. Prior manufacturing customer service experience REQUIRED. Strong phone experience preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Possess the ability to work with minimal supervision and be a self-starter to develop solutions to solve prevent problems before they arise.
