Customer Service Representative

Adecco Permanent Recruiting is representing our client, a leading provider manufacturer in the Wake Forest, NC area and seeking an Inside Sales/Customer Service Rep.
NOTE THIS IS 100% ON-SITE, NO REMOTE OR HYBRID OPTION.
About You:
As an Inside Sales/Customer Service Representative, you'll be pivotal in ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving. Strong ERP system knowledge and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing accurate information about products and orders.
Process orders efficiently using the company's ERP system.
Collaborate with the sales team to support business growth and maintain customer relationships.
Address customer concerns professionally and ensure timely resolution.
Maintain product knowledge to assist customers effectively.
Utilize ERP system data to analyze customer trends and contribute to sales strategies.
Assist with inventory management tasks.
Requirements:
Proven experience in inside sales or customer service.
Proficiency in ERP systems and software applications.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Physical Demands:
Regularly required to sit, stand, walk, bend, and lift objects of up to 10 lbs.
Pay Details: $23.00 to $27.00 per hour
