Responsibilities
What you will do : Answer incoming calls and provide customer service.
Communicate with customers to ensure quality appointments are issued to sales representatives.
Provide accurate information about products and services.
Schedule, reschedule and dispatch appointments as needed.
Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely manner.
Maintain customer records and update customer information in the customer service database.
Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate personnel.
Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction.
Qualifications
What You'll Bring: Attention to detail
A warm and friendly communication style and capable computer skills, (data entry and Microsoft Office experience ideal)
Positivity, and the ability to multi-task
Eagerness to learn and the desire for growth
Weekend availability as needed
